We are a licensed Washington State adoption agency, founded in 2001 by adoptive parents with the goal of helping others along the wonderful path of adoption.

Whether you are just beginning to think about adoption as a way to build your family, or have firmly committed to an adoption plan, we can help you.

Our Background

As you explore these pages please consider a few things that we think set us apart from other adoption services:

	Our experienced and knowledgeable case workers are adoptive parents themselves.

	Our success rate at matching adoptive parents with newborns is extremely high.

	Our programs are fast. The time it takes to adopt a baby through our Inter-Agency Program is usually six to nine months. A homestudy can usually be completed in one to two months.

	We do not limit the families we work with based on age, religion, marital status or sexual orientation.

There are babies and children in need of adoptive families, in the United States as well as in foreign countries. We have the resources, the knowledge, and the experience to help you become the parent of a child in need of a family.

Our Inter-Agency Program

Our Inter-Agency Program is designed to help families find a healthy baby or child to adopt within months, rather than years. It offers our client families a unique opportunity to seek an adoption match nationwide through our network of licensed adoption agencies and attorneys. The average wait to adopt a baby through this program is under 9 months.

The program is also designed to reduce the financial risks of adoption. The fees for your homestudy, assistance with your profile, and our matching services total just $3,500. You have no obligation to pay additional fees until we find an adoption match that you believe is right for your family.

The total cost of an adoption through our Inter-Agency Program can range from approximately $15,000 to $30,000 after application of the federal adoption tax credit. Our Homestudy Services

Homestudy reports prepared by Adoption Assistance and Homestudy Services are undertaken by individuals who are themselves adoptive parents, and who are passionate about adoption.

We believe that the homestudy process can and should be enlightening and rewarding to the prospective parents. Our goal is for our clients to feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout a process that many enter into with feelings of intimidation.

We have found the adoption experience to be full of joy and discovery, and make it our goal to have the homestudy portion of the adoption journey be a pleasurable and meaningful part of the creation of adoptive families.
